Ingredients Cucumber Apple Banana Oats Coconut milk  Directions Peel a whole banana  and place it in the blender Half a small cucumber in the blender Half an apple in the blender  A handful of oats  A cup of coconut milk in the blender . Some ice if you ddsire Then blend it for three to five minutes.  I like my smoothie really blended. Enjoy 

Cabbage pie

 I realize that you can have a delicious Sunday pie without the carbs and vegetables can replace pasta and potatoes. Cabbage is relatively cheap here in St.Lucia both at the supermarket and the market .Hence I replace potatoes or lasagna with cabbage today . Here is the recipe for Cabbage pie for one person ( you can tweak for your family needs ) Ingredients Half a cabbage ( light green one ) Ground chicken Cheese  Grated the cabbage Cooked the ground chicken Grated the cheese  Grease the baking dish  Layer the dish with ground chicken  Then the put the grated cabbage Then cover it with the grated cheese . Put the dish in the oven at 350 degrees  And bake until the cheese is melted and the dish is golden brown .
