Smoothie

Ingredients

Cucumber

Apple

Banana

Oats

Coconut milk 


Directions

Peel a whole banana  and place it in the blender

Half a small cucumber in the blender

Half an apple in the blender 

A handful of oats

 A cup of coconut milk in the blender .

Some ice if you ddsire


Then blend it for three to five minutes.  I like my smoothie really blended. Enjoy
